1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SlayPost AI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By making any payment through the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Description of Service
SlayPost AI is a platform that converts video content into social media posts using artificial intelligence. The Service allows users to upload videos or provide YouTube URLs to generate platform-specific content.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal purpose or violation of any local, state, national, or international laws.
- Generate content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic, or incites violence.
- Create "Deepfakes" or misleading content intended to deceive others or damage reputations.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the Service's security.
- Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) to access the Service without authorization.
6. AI Services & Content
Third-Party Models: SlayPost AI utilizes advanced third-party artificial intelligence models provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google to process your content.
Accuracy Disclaimer: AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. This is a known technical limitation often referred to as "hallucinations." We do not guarantee the factual accuracy or suitability of any output.
User Responsibility: You are 100% responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before publication. SlayPost AI is not liable for any damages, reputational harm, or legal issues resulting from the content you choose to publish.
Ownership: You retain ownership of all original content you upload. You are granted full ownership of the generated content, except in cases where AI-generated work may not be eligible for copyright protection, depending on your local jurisdiction.
7. Subscriptions & Refunds
Payment: Subscription fees are billed in advance based on your chosen plan. All payments are handled securely via Stripe.
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, based on the user's billing location provided to Stripe.
EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver: If you are a consumer in the European Union, by starting a generation or using the AI features of SlayPost AI, you expressly request immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal and refund for that billing period under EU consumer law.
Top-ups (Extra Generations): Purchased "Extra Generations" are non-refundable. They do not expire at the end of the month and will remain available in your account until used.
8. User Content & External Platforms
You retain ownership of all original content you upload to the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you generate and publish complies with the terms and conditions of the external platforms you use (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
9. Copyright Policy & DMCA
If you believe that any content hosted on the Service infringes upon your copyright, please submit a notification to our support team at support@slaypost.app. Your notice must include a description of the copyrighted work and the location of the infringing material.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlayPost AI is not liable for any damages or legal issues arising from the use or publication of AI-generated content, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. For B2B (business-to-business) users, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lodz, Poland. For users outside Poland, disputes may be resolved via alternative dispute resolution methods (ADR), including online dispute resolution platforms provided by the European Commission.
