2. Data Collection & Usage
We collect and process the following types of data:
Video/Audio Files
We process uploaded files solely to generate transcriptions and social media posts. Files are stored temporarily and deleted from temporary processing storage immediately after processing is complete.
Email Address
Used for account management, authentication, and billing purposes. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Technical Data
IP addresses and essential cookies are processed for security and session management. You may opt-out of certain non-essential cookies by adjusting your browser settings.
3. Third-Party Processors
To provide our services, we share necessary data with the following trusted third-party processors. Note that our list of sub-processors may be updated periodically to improve our service.Some of our processors (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, Supabase) process data in the United States. Data transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional technical measures to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that in the EEA.
Supabase
Secure cloud storage, authentication, and database management.
AI Providers (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google)
AI-powered transcription and content generation. We use Enterprise API-based access which does not use your data to train their models.
Stripe
Secure payment processing. All payment data is handled according to PCI DSS standards.
4. AI Data Processing
Processing Purpose: Your inputs are processed solely to generate content for your use. We do not use your personal data for any purposes other than providing the AI services.
No Training: SlayPost AI does not use your private data, uploaded files, or generated outputs to train internal models without your explicit opt-in.
5. Data Retention & Security
Security Measures
We use TLS/SSL encryption and encrypted storage at rest. We regularly monitor our systems for potential breaches and have a strict incident response protocol in place.
Data Retention
We store your personal data for the duration of your active subscription and for a period of 5 years thereafter to comply with Polish accounting and tax regulations.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to your personal information, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information. SlayPost AI does not sell your personal information to third parties.
